Donated $4000 to Sparasha Foundation for setting up Fashion Design school for girls whose parents are impacted by COVID
Donated $1500 towards supplies for Back to school for under privileged students in the Bay Area

2021:
Donated $15000 towards COVID relief fund through Rashtrothana Parishat

2019:
Donated $30,000 USD to Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation, via fund raiser event - Raaga
Donated $28,000 USD to SYRCC raised via fund raiser event - Yakshagana Convention
Donated $5000 USD to Jnana Sindhu Blind School, Hole Alur, Karnataka, for flood relief
Donated $2,000 to Karnataka flood relief through SEWA International

2018:
Donated $30,000 USD to Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation, via fund raiser Raaga event
Donated $20,000 USD to Karnataka flood relief through SEWA International
Donated $5000 USD for Jnana Sindhu Blind School, Hole Alur, Karnataka
Donated $2000 USD for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital

2017:
Donated $25000 USD for Jnana Sindhu Blind School, Hole Alur, Karnataka

In 2016 we have raised nearly $40000 for various causes including $15000 USD for Sri Shankara cancer foundation through Rock on Raaga and Kannadothsava programs, $7000 USD for Idagunji Yakshagana Mela, $5000 USD for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, $5000 USD to Blind Foundation of America through Mandara Creations, $2000 USD to OSAAT and many others

In 2015 we have raised nearly $20000 USD for various causes including $11000 USD for Sri Shankara cancer foundation through Nenapina Doni & Raaga and $7000 USD for Blind Foundation of India through Gaajina Mane

In 2013 we have raised and donated US$3210 to OSAAT. Cooked and served hot food to 100+ people, collected warm clothes and donated to "Family Supportive Housing, San Jose" ($3800)
Donated 120.90lbs of canned food to Second Harvest Food Bank!.
Collected over 150 trophies for recycling!.Donated 15 Back packs along with School supplies($265)

In 2012 we have raised and donated US$9,000 to OSAAT and $2100 to Second Harvest Food Bank

In 2011 we have raised and donated US$29,000 to Oakland Children's Hospital

In 2010 KKNC has raised and donatedUS$32,000 to Lucile-Packard Cancer Foundation and$7,000 to Maitri

Importance of starting programs on Time

Hello Members -

This year, we are planning to make a genuine effort to start and end our KKNC events on time. For this, we need your help to please come on time and enjoy the quality of programs and the program mix that we will present. After receiving numerous calls/feedback abt timing .. we are going to make it happen - Thats our promise to you !. We request you all to attend all programs and encourage all the artists and directors who have spent 100's of hrs to put up a good program for all you.
