It was a life time experience, I have been to Hampi many a times for my dance shows, but everytime its a new experience.It was something that you feel when you know you haven't had enough - and yearn for more.
The experience in Hampi Festival was ethereal. Could feel the luxury and richness of this place. Vijayanagar Empire with a folklore festival of elephants and brimming with color and life.
On this occasion everyday we get to watch varieties of cultural programmes, dance, music, puppetry, fireworks, crafts, horse soldiers in their dress imperial pomp and processions of decorated elephants.
Vijayanagar empire in an extravagant setting that brims with life and bustle and monumental this dusty little village on the river Tungabadra.
Hoping to participate again in the next Hampi Festival.
