ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ೨೦೧೯ ರ ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ "ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಸೊಬಗು!" ಜನವರಿ ೧೯ 19ರಂದು ಹೇವರ್ಡ್ ನ ಶಬೊ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ

ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಫೋರ್ನಿಯಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ೨೦೧೯ ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ "ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಸೊಬಗು!" ಜನವರಿ 19ರಂದು ಶಬೊ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ. ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಹಿಗ್ಗನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದರೆ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ನಾವೂ ಒಂದೆರಡು ಕುಣಿತ ಕುಣಿದ್ರೆ? ಹೌದು! ಹಾಡು, ಕುಣಿತ, ಹಸೆ, ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೊಡಗೂಡಿ ಆಚರಿಸೋಣ! ನಿಮಗೂ ಈ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಂದೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು/ತಂಡದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ! ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಲ್ಕೇ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಅವಕಾಶವೂ ಸುವರ್ಣಾವಕಾಶವೇ! ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡದೆ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಒಂದು ತಂಡ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತವರಾಗಿ :) ಹಾಡು, ನೃತ್ಯ, ನಾಟಕ, ಮೂಕಾಭಿನಯ, ಯಾವ ಕಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದೆಯೋ, ಅದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಿ, ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಗಳಿಸಿ. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 24ರ ಒಳಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ.

ಅಪರಿಮಿತ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆದ, ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಾ ಹಸಿರಾಗಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಅನಂತ ನಾಗ್ ಹಾಗು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿಯವರನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಕೂಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹರ್ಷವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ವಿಕೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಎಡೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕೊಡಗಿನ ದುಃಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೇಳತೀರದು.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಬಾಂಧವರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು.
ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷ ತಮಗೂ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಗೂ ಸಂತೋಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ತರಲಿ!

ಈ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹರ್ಷದಾಯಕವಾಗಿಸುವ ಪಯಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿರೆಂದು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ. 2018 ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ "ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣ"ಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಲಹೆ, ಸಹಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವು ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗಿರಲೆಂದು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಇದೋ ಬಂತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಅತ್ಯಾಕರ್ಷಕ ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ಶಿಬಿರ!! ನಿತ್ಯ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಚೈತನ್ಯ! ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬದುಕಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಂದ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯೆಡೆಗೆ ಪಯಣ! ಕಾಡಿನ ಮನಮೋಹಕ ದೃಶ್ಯ! ಏಕಾಂತ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೋಕಾಂತ! ಎಲ್ಲ ಒತ್ತಡಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲ ಮುಕ್ತಿ.

ಇದೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 3,4 ಹಾಗು 5ರಂದು “Little Basin State Park” ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡಕೂಟ ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ಶಿಬಿರದ ಸುಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಅಣಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನ್ ಹಾಗು ಟೆಂಟ್ ಸೈಟ್ ಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

ಮೊಗೇರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅಡಿಗರು ಕನ್ನಡದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಕವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು. ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಕವನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು, ಎರಡು ಕಾದಂಬರಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಕಥೆಗಳ ಸಂಕಲನವನ್ನು, ಒಂದು ವಿಮರ್ಶ ಲೇಖನಗಳ ಸಂಕಲನವನ್ನು, ಹದಿಮೂರು ಅನುವಾದಿತ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾಶಾಲಿ. ಇಂತಹ ನವ್ಯ ಕಾವ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರದ ಯುಗಪ್ರವರ್ತಕ ಕವಿ "ಮೊಗೇರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅಡಿಗರ" ಜನ್ಮ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಮೊದಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಬನ್ನಿ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪ್ರವೇಶ. ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿರದೇ ಇದ್ದವರು ಇಂದೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಿ (kknc.org/join).

ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಸ್ಯನಟರಾದ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಲೂಯಿಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರು ಆನಂದ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡಕೂಟದ ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬರ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮರೆಯದೆ ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬನ್ನಿ , ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸೋಣ. ಇಂದೇ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಿ, ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿರದವರು ಇಂದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ.

ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣ, ಅಂದರೆ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಒಂದು ರಾಶಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ರಾಶಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಸಂಧಿಕಾಲ!
ದಕ್ಷಿಣಾಯಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಮಳೆಗಾಲದ ಮಳೆ, ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಚಳಿ - ಗಾಳಿಯ ಕೊರೆತದಿಂದ ಬರಡಾದ ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ, ಕೊರಡಾದ ಗಿಡ ಬಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣವು ನವಚೇತನವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ನಿಸರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಚಕ್ರವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ 2018ರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯು " ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣ” ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಮೊದಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಜನವರಿ 20ರಂದು ಶಬೊ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆಡಿಟೋರಿಯಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
“ವರ್ಣಮಯ ಜಗತ್ತು” ಎನ್ನುವುದು 'ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣದ' ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವಸ್ತು. ಈ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನವ್ಯ ಕಾವ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರದ ಯುಗಪ್ರವರ್ತಕ ಕವಿ “ಮೊಗೇರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅಡಿಗರ “ಜನ್ಮ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ, ಅಡಿಗರ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣದ ವಿಶೇಷ.

೧. ಗುಂಜನ-- ಕನ್ನಡಕಲಿ ಪುಟಾಣಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮೂಹ ಗಾಯನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ

೨. "ನೋಡು ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡು" -- ಸರಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ

೨೦೧೮ ರ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಹಾಗು ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿನ ಕುರಿತು ಅರಿಯುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸರಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೊಂದನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ . ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಾಸ್ತು ಶಿಲ್ಪ , ಕಲೆ , ಚರಿತ್ರೆ , ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು - ಹೀಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಆಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಂಗೀತ, ನೃತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿರುವ ೮ ರಿಂದ ೧೫ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಒಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಜೀವಾಳ.

೩. ಸಂಗೀತ ಧಾರೆ -- 'ಪುತ್ತೂರು ನರಸಿಂಹ ನಾಯಕ್' ರಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತಿಗೀತೆ, ಭಾವಗೀತೆ, ಜಾನಪದ ಗೀತೆ ಸುಗಮ ಸಂಗೀತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂತಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಲಿವೆ.

Sankramana - The medial period in which the Sun God travels from one sun sign to the other. During this period, the winds traversing from the south, breathe a fresh air of life into the dry and bare nature around us which helps in rejuvenating the life cycle. Likewise, the team of 2018 at KKNC set foot into their term, by hosting their first event of the year, Sankramana on January 20th, at the Chabot College auditorium. The theme of the event being "Varnamaya Jagathu" - a colorful world through which we stage some compositions of Sri Mogeri Gopalakrishnga Adiga, in commemoration of the centenary celebrations of this great poet. A few highlights of this event are:

1. Gunjana --- choir from kannadakali kids.

2. Nodu Namma Naadu -- A Series Program is an initiative aiming to educate the younger generation in various aspects of the glorious state of Karnataka. Each event will showcase many facets of Karnataka such as History, Architecture, Eminent personalities, and art and culture. The prominent artistes of these presentations will be children in the age group of 8 - 15 who will directed by many talented Directors of KKNC.

3. Sangeetha Dhaare: A melodious stream of devotional, light and folk music by Sri Puttur Narasimha Nayak and many more entertaining performances will take stage in the Sankramana event.

ಈ ಸಲದ ದೀಪೋತ್ಸವದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನೃತ್ಯ, ದೊಡ್ಡವರ ನೃತ್ಯ, ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯ, ಕಥಕ್, ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ, ಜಾನಪದ ನೃತ್ಯ, ಹಾಸ್ಯ ನಾಟಕ ಇನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲು ಕನ್ನಡಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಭರ್ಜರಿ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಬಂದು ನೋಡಿ ನಲಿದು, ಹಬ್ಬದೂಟವನ್ನು ಸವಿದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ ಮೊದಲ ೫೦೦ ಕೆ.ಕೆ.ಏನ್.ಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಊಟವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಸದವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಗ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನೀಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉಚಿತ ಹಬ್ಬದೂಟವನ್ನು ಗಿಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಇದು ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲದವರು, ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Swarna Setu 2017 committee is happy to announce a short story writing competition for kannadigas living in the US. This is a golden opportunity to showcase your talent in creativity, art of storytelling and to reach Kannadigas here.
General Rules:
* Cannot exceed 2000 words
* Previously published (internet or print) are not allowed
* Limited to one story per person
* Story can be either in Kannada or English.
* This invitation is open to all kannadigas in USA
* Use baraha, Nudi or any unicode format. Handwritten stories will not be accepted.
* Selected stories will have a prize. Judges’ decision will be final
* Selected stories will be published in SwarnaSetu -2017. The editors of the committee will reserve all rights to screen and select the stories to be published
* Competition will be conducted for 8-12, 12-18, 18 and above age groups.
* Include author’s name, age, address, telephone number and email ID.
* Stories have to be received by us before December 15, 2017.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೌನದ ಕವಿತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಷರ ರೂಪ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ. ಕಥೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗೆ ಜಾರುವ ಮನಸ್ಸು ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ? ಒಳಮನದ ಗುನುಗನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸುವ ಕಿವಿಗಳು ನಿಮಗಿವೆಯೇ? ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವ ಸದಭಿರುಚಿ ನಿಮಗಿದೆಯೇ? ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನೀವು ಕವಿಯಾಗಲು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಒಂದೇ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರೋದು. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಾಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕವಿಯನ್ನು ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಬಹುದು! ನಿಮಗೂ ಸಹ ಆ ಪರಿಚಯ ಹೊಸದೆನ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು ೨೦೧೭ ತಂಡದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕವನ ರಚನಾ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ನಮ್ಮದು.
* ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
* ಕೇವಲ ಎರಡು ದಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ. ನೀವೇ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸುವ ದಿನದಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕವಿತೆಯ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮಿಂಚಂಚೆ(e-mail) ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ವಿಷಯ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದಿನದಿಂದ ೪೮ ಘಂಟೆಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕವನವನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
* ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಥವಾ English ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕವಿತೆಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಬಹುದು.
* ಕವನಗಳು ಬರಹ, ನುಡಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯುನಿಕೋಡ್ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು [English ಕವನಗಳು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರತು] . ಕೈಬರಹದ ಕವಿತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
* ಅಮೇರಿಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ.
* ಆಯ್ದ ಕವಿತೆಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ
* ಆಯ್ದ ಕವಿತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು -೨೦೧೭ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
* ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯು 8-12, 12-18, 18 ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ವಿಭಾಗಗಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
* ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗೆ ಕಡೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 15, 2017.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟವು ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಜುಲೈ ೯ ಭಾನುವಾರ ದಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಸೇವತಾನ್-೨೦೧೭ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ತಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ನೋಂದಣಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಬಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದು ನೋಡಿ.

KKNC has been registered for Sevathon 2017. Sevathon is the walkathon and Yogathon that aims to set the standard as the largest social and service platform (more than 130 non-profit organizations) of its kind. Walkers, runners, Yoga participants, non-profits, sponsors, family members and friends are all part of the Sevathon family, as they enable each non-profit organization partner (KKNC) to deliver its message and further its cause. ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾದಿನವನ್ನು ಶನಿವಾರ ಜೂನ್ ೩ ರಂದು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಸುದ್ದಿಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ “ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ದಿನ” ವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತೀರೆಂದು ನಂಬಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

KKNC has been registered for Sevathon 2017. Sevathon is the walkathon and Yogathon that aims to set the standard as the largest social and service platform (more than 130 non-profit organizations) of its kind. Walkers, runners, Yoga participants, non-profits, sponsors, family members and friends are all part of the Sevathon family, as they enable each non-profit organization partner (KKNC) to deliver its message and further its cause. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ನೋಂದಣಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಪಂದ್ಯದ ನೋಂದಣಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯ ದಿನ, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ, ಎಂಟು ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುವುದು. ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಥ್ರೋಬಾಲ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ, ತಂಡದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಥ್ರೋಬಾಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ತರಬೇಕು, ಬಾಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಕೆ.ಏನ್.ಸಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಗಿನರ್ಸ್ ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್ ಆಟಗಾರರು ಗೊಲ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಿಳಿಸಿರಿ.
ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು: ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಎರಡು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಪೈಕರ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂಡ ಫ಼ಿನಲ್ ತಲುಪಿರಬಾರದು.
ನಮಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಂಡಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಬೇರೆ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವೆವು.
ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲು ಹಾಗು ತಂಡ ರಚಿಸಲು ನಮಗೆ ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್‍ಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಆರು ಆಟಗಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಥ್ರೊ ಬಾಲ್‍ಗೆ ಐದು ಆಟಗಾರರ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.

ಆಹಾರದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ
ಊಟ, ಟೀ, ಕಾಫಿ, ತಿಂಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಲ್ಪ ಶುಲ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ನೋಂದಣಿಗಾಗಲಿ, ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಹಣವನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿಖರವಾಗದ ನಗದನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ.

This event is open to all communities. Since the net proceeds will be donated to orphanages & blind school, we request you all to participate in huge number and help us for the noble cause.
This is open to all communities across bay area and is not restricted to Kannada community.

Registration starts at 8.00 AM on the tournament day for Volleyball and Throw ball.

We will also have spot registration on the tournament day which starts at 8.00 AM but prefer everyone to register in advance which will help us in logistics like food and other arrangements etc.

Important Note: Volley ball and Throw ball – Individual team has to bring their own ball. KKNC will not provide the balls.
Beginners Volleyball: Please specify Gold and Silver sections properly.
Guidelines for Silver:
Less than 2 good spikers and your team did not enter the finals in previous tournaments.
We need at least 4 teams or else we will combine with different levels.
For individual player registration we need min of 6 players for volley ball and 5 players to form a team.

FOOD INFO:
Lunch, Tea, coffee, Snacks and water bottles will be available on nominal fee
Please bring cash and tender exact changes for the tournament for registrations / food etc.
Get hats, sunscreen lotion, chairs etc. Keep yourself hydrated at all the times.
Please keep the ground clean and put all the waste items, bottles in the trash box.
This tournament is for noble cause. KKNC requests co-operation from all of the teams in case of conflicts / arguments. KKNC will have all reserve to disqualify any team/s due to un-supportive arguments. Only respective team captains should talk in case of any issues/conflicts or clarification.

1. ನಾವು ಕೆ.ಕೆ.ಏನ್.ಸಿ ಟ್ಯಾಲೆಂಟ್ ಪೂಲ್ / ಡೇಟಾಬೇಸ್ ರಚಿಸಲು ಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ & ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯುತ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೂ ಕೆ.ಕೆ.ಏನ್.ಸಿ ವೇದಿಕಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅಂತಹ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯುತ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ / ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳ (ನೃತ್ಯ, ಸಂಗೀತ, ನಾಟಕ, ವಾದ್ಯ ಸಂಗೀತ , ನಿರೂಪಣೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ) ವಿವರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ. ನಾವು ನಂತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು & ಧ್ವನಿಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.

As we gear up for 2017 with the turn of the new year, we, the 2017 KKNC team extend you all a warm welcome for another fun filled year at KKNC. Yes, the 2017 KKNC team is already in the works leading to the Sankranti celebrations & we would like to invite all our talented program directors to submit their entries to the Entertainment team [email protected].

The theme for Sankranti is Folk, and the celebration is named "Suggi Jatri".

Our focus is to nurture and make our newer generations familiar with the folk arts of Karnataka. The 2017 KKNC team is working towards this extensively and are shortlisting some of the folks arts & artists. If you know of a folk artist who is extremely good and would like to have them perform on KKNC stage, then please reach out to us asap.

Some of the key things that we want to achieve and continue it going forward,

1. We are planning to build a KKNC talent pool/database so that everyone who’s talented & interested to perform on KKNC stage gets a fair chance. So, every such interested individual, please send in your entry along with the your talent /skill description ( Dance / Drama / Skits / Choregraphy / Direction / Singing / Music instruments). We will then work out with program directors to incorporate such talents in their teams, upon auditions.

2. KKNC family has extensive youth talents in Music and we would like to encourage this & make an official youth KKNC band. Please reach out to the aforesaid contact.

We believe in teamwork and team here isn’t limited to just the executives, leads & volunteers, it also includes you all, the proud supporters of KKNC, the KKNC members & our sponsors. ೨೦೧೬ ರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ನಡುತೋಟ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಂಡದವರು ೨೦೧೬ ರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಮೋಘವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಹಲವಾರು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುವುದು ನಮಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷವೂ ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಾಯ,ಸಹಕಾರ, ಬೆಂಬಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಭರವಸೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಈ ವರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಆರಂಬಿಸುತ್ತಿದೇವೆ. ಸ್ಯಾನ್ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿಸ್ಕೋ ಬೇ ಏರಿಯಾ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಈ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟ 43ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಸದಾ ನಮಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಕ್ರಮಾನುಗತ ಹೀಗಿದೆ

ಈ ವರ್ಷ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಜಾನಪದ ಜಗತ್ತಿನೆಡೆಗೆ ಅವಲೋಕಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಗಿಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಮನವಹಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಿಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಂದೇಹವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲೂ ಒಬ್ಬ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕಥೆಗಾರನೊಬ್ಬ ಅಡಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಷರ ರೂಪ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸಲು, ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಫೋರ್ನಿಯಾ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಫೋರ್ನಿಯಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ "ಸ್ವರ್ಣ ಸೇತು ೨೦೧೬" ಸುವರ್ಣಾವಕಾಶವೊಂದನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೌತುಕ ಕಥೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಬರೆಯಿರಿ. ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಿರಿ!

ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು :

೧. ಕಥೆ ೧೫೦೦ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರದಿರಲಿ
೨. ಕಥೆ ಸ್ವಂತದ್ದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು
೩. ಕಥೆ ಬೇರೆಲ್ಲೂ (ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಿತ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ) ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿರಬಾರದು
೪. ಒಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಥೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ
೫. ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸಿದ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
೬. ಸ್ಯಾನ್ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿಸ್ಕೋ ಕೊಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ.
೭. ಕಥೆಗಳು ಬರಹ, ನುಡಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯುನಿಕೋಡ್ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು. ಕೈಬರಹದ ಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
೮. ಆಯ್ದ ಕಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ.
೯. ಆಯ್ದ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು - ೨೦೧೬ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು-೨೦೧೬ರ ಸಂಪಾದಕ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು.
೧೦. ಕಥೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಲೇಖಕರ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿಳಾಸ, ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಂಚಂಚೆ ವಿಳಾಸ (email ID) ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು.

Join KKNC Parade on India Independence Day Celebration on Aug 14th 2016 @ Fremont

ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವಂತೆ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 14ರಂದು Fremont ನಲ್ಲಿ FOG ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯವರು India Independence Day Celebration ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತೀ ವರುಷದಂತೆ, ಈ ವರುಷವೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟವು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ನಮಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ, ನಮ್ಮ Creative ಸಮಿತಿ, Jaisheela Kandagal ಮತ್ತು Shubha Prithvi Raj ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ, ಒಂದು ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯವಾದ ವರ್ಣ ರಂಜಿತ ಗ್ಲೋಬ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಗ್ಲೋಬಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ ಬೀಗುವ ವಸ್ತ್ರಾಭರಣ ಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಕೂಡುವ ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು Uma Srinath ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ. ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಹಾಡುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು Shashikala Murthy ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಶ್ರಮ, ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 13 ರಂದು ತಯಾರಿ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 14ರಂದು Parade. ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಲು Form ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ. ಬನ್ನಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟವನ್ನು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸೋಣ

KKNC Sports Day on June 4th

ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ Sports Day ಜೂನ್ 4ರಂದು Murdock Park, San Jose ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Sports Day ದಿನದಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಸೊಗಸಾದ ಭಕ್ಷ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ವಿಕ್ರಯಿಸುವುದೆಂದರೆ ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬಲು ಪ್ರೀತಿ. ಇಂದೇ ನೀವು ತರಲಿಚ್ಚುಸುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ

ನಿಮಗೆ Volleyball, ಅಥವಾ Throw Ball ಆಡಲು ಇಷ್ಟವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದೇ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿ.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ 2016-17 ರ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕವರ್ಗದವರು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರುಷವೂ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಜರುಗಲಿದೆ. ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮಿಲ್ಪೀಟೆಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 4-5ರ ವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಷ, ಪೋಷಕರ ವಿನಂತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಲಾದಿನಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತೆರವು ಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Kannada Kali is very excited to begin registrations for Kannada Kali's next academic year of 2016-17 from today! Kannada Kali school is run Sept-May for kids 5 years and above in Milpitas, CA from 4-5pm every Saturday.

Many parents requested that they wanted to register before School day as they would leave on vacation after that. So, we are starting registrations early this year. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ 2016 Camping ಜುಲೈ 29- ಜುಲೈ 31ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾಮ್‌ಪಿಂಗ್ ಅತಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಕಾರವಾದದ್ದು - ಸುಮಾರು 400 ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಫೈಯರ್ ಬಳಿ ಕುಳಿತು ಹರಟೆ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ, ತಿಂಡಿ ತಿನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಹೈಕಿಂಗ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ, ನಿಸರ್ಗದ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಗೆಯುತ್ತಾ ನಕ್ಕು ನಲಿಯುವ ಮೂರು ದಿನದ ಅಮೋಘ ಅನುಭವ ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಯಾಮ್‌ಪಿಂಗ್ .

ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಟೆಂಟ್ ಹಾಕುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಅಚ್ಚು ಮೆಚ್ಚು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಟೆಂಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಲು ತೊಂದರೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ವೂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕೂಟದ ವಸಂತ ವೈಭವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 10ರಂದು ಛಾಬೊ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದಿತು. ಸಂಧರ್ಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾದ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಥಟ್ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದರು ಅಪರೂಪದ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದ Dr BKS Varma.ಅವರೊಡನೆ ನಾಗಚಂದ್ರಿಕೆ ಭಟ್ ಅವರ ಗಾಯನ ನೆರೆದ ಜನರ ಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಾಟ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶ್ ವಾಸುದೇವ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾದ್ಯ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವಾದಕರು ಗೀತ-ಚಿತ್ರ-ನೃತ್ಯ ವೈಭವವನ್ನು ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿಬರಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ಮನೋರಂಜನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಊಟದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೂ , ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಹಣ, ಅಲಂಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರವಾದವರಿಗೂ, ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು ವರದಿಗಾರರಿಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಅನಂತಾನಂತ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 20 ರಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇ ಏರಿಯಾದ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮ್ಯೂಸಿಕ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಡ್ "ರಾಗ" ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ, "ರಾಕ್ ಆನ್ ರಾಗ !!!" ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಧನವನ್ನು"ಶ್ರೀ ಶಂಕರ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್" ಮತ್ತು "ಒನ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಅಟ್ ಆ ಟೈಮ್" ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಯನ ಮನೋಹರ ದೀಪ ರಂಜಿತ ಸಭಾಂಗಣವು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಧಿಗ್ಭ್ರಮೆ ಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ರಾಗ ತಂಡದ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸುಶ್ರಾವ್ಯ ಸಂಗೀತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈ ಮರೆಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅದ್ಧೂರಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ರಾಗ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಚಿರ ರುಣಿ.

ಸ್ನೇಹ ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಮೀರಿದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ಜನ ಸಮೂಹ !!

ಮದ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2ಕ್ಕೆ ಡೊಳ್ಳಿನ ಸದ್ದು ಬೇ ಏರಿಯಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜನ ಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬರೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಸಮಿತಿ ನೆರೆದ ಜನರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಪಡೆದು ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲು ಅನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು. ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯ ಸಡಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಒಮ್ಮತದಿಂದ ರಂಗಾಯಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.

ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದರು ಕೂಟದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು. ಶ್ಲೋಕ ಉಚ್ಚಾರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ವಾದ ವೇದಿಕೆ, ಭಾವಧಾರೆ, ಪುಣ್ಯಕೋಟಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜಾನಪದ ನೃತ್ಯ, ಅಪರೂಪದ ಕೊರವಂಜಿ ನೃತ್ಯ , ದಂಡಪಿಂಡಗಳು ಎಂಬ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ನಾಟಕ ನೆರೆದವರನ್ನು ಮನೋರಂಜಿಸಿತು. ಕೂಟದಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಪಂಚತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು.

ಒಂದು ತಾಸು ನೀಡಿದ ವಿರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ರುಚಿಯಾದ ಭೋಜನ ಸವಿಯುತ್ತಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಚಂದಾ ನಿಗ್ರಹಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರ ಬೀಡುದಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಂತರ ನಡೆಯಿತು ನಯನ ಮನೋಹರ ತೊಗಲು ಗೊಂಬೆ ಆಟ. ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುಂಡು ರಾಜು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅನಂತಾನತ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ವಿಶೇಷ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ರವರು, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶೀಲಾ ರವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸಂಗೀತದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲ್ಲೀನ ಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯುಕ್ರಯ ಇಷ್ಟು ಸೊಗಸಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿ ಬರಲು ಕಾರಣರಾದ ಪ್ರತೀ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಕೂಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಚಿರ ಋಣಿ. ಅವರ ಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ವರ್ಷಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕೂಟದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸೊಗಾಸಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ನಮಗೆ ಇದೇ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ..

ಕೂಟದ ಉಗಾದಿ ವಸಂತ ವೈಭವಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಕಲಾವಿದ Dr. B.K.S Varma ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಂಧರ್ಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾದ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಥಟ್ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಅಪಾರೂಪದ ಕಲೆಗೆ ಇವರು ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬನ್ನಿ, ಇವರ ನಯನ ಮನೋಹರ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗಮ ಸಂಗೀತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆನಂದಿಸೋಣ.

ಕೂಟದ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ - 'ವಸಂತ ವೈಭವ' ಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ

ವಸಂತ ಮಾಸದ ಆಗಮನ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಿಸರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಸಂಭ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದ ಸಮಿತಿ ಈಗ "ವಸಂತ ವೈಭವ" ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಿಸರ್ಗದ ವಿವಿಧತೆಯನ್ನು, ಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು "ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ" ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ 'ವಸಂತ ವೈಭವದ' ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರರೂಪಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
